At this point, I think the best thing for Tunsil is to remain quiet. Let other stories begin to over-take this one (if they can), but don't add any more fuel to the fire.

Plus, there's nothing the NCAA can really do to Tunsil, from here on, it's about his relationship with the Dolphins and how he performs there.

For Ole Miss however, I would think they would have wanted to get some form of statement out quickly, because the longer it takes to respond, the more it looks like they are trying to continue a coverup.

Maybe Random can shine some light here, but what is interesting are the conflicts of interest at play.
1) Tunsil and Freeze have the same agent
2) Tunsil is represented by an Ole Miss lawyer in the civil "case" that his money-grubbing stepdad just filed
