He's on the outside, in a tailspin not listening to anyone. Put him in prison where he can't get drugs and is forced to conform and he will be better for it. If you don't want him to make bad choices, don't let him make choices at all. Prison is the best place for that

Who said a rich kid in prison can't get drugs?

Manziel isn't ever going to run out of money unless his family completely cuts him off (once he runs through the Browns money). He's never going to hit rock bottom.

everyone thinking you can't get drugs in jail are very misguided. there is just as much drugs in jail as there is outside. same as in prison. jailers don't make a bunch of money and are willing to sneak stuff into inmates for a nominal fee. if Johnny goes to jail he will be high in there too.
