There are some very nice "Mobile Home Parks", that I would not mind living in, with clubhouse, pools etc.

In fact, my first 10 years out of college, my Wife and I lived in a Mobile Home. I was an asst golf pro in the Chicago Area and no way could we afford a house or appt. Our first was an 8X44 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. But as soon as I got my first Head Professional Job, in Kankakee, we upgraded to a mammoth 12X60. At the same time we had purchased a patio home in Florida for our Winter getaways.

I guess I was and maybe still am, trailer park trash.
