You can expect that, doesn't mean much. Dooley was Recruiting Coordinator of the year under Saban.


He was also the Athletic director at La Tech while being the football coach.

And I think he tried, unsuccessfully, to establish the same sort of overall program management system as Saban.

However, as has been proven time and time again, there is only one of him. The guys who are going to be the most successful are the ones who take things that can be implemented and then develop their own additional stuff. I think McElwain has been a pretty good example of that. I have a feeling Kirby will do the same, but time will tell if it works.
