Of course. But its very clear on religion:

Congress shall make no law establishing religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, nor shall the rights of Conscience be infringed.

Telling someone they can't display a cross or pray in public clearly violates someone's ability to exercise their religion. It also clearly infringes on their right of conscience.

What that article DOES NOT include (nor imply) is that people don't have the right to expect to never see others practicing their religion.
