OH so Hugh Freeze makes phone calls. I got that is all it takes for recruiting success.

I know...it's a novel concept right? He also actually takes the time to even meet with the recruits and their families. Muffins may want to try emulating Freeze on these practices. Then he may see that being personable might be able to help his recruiting efforts.
