The op specifically says "sec west titles" thus making divisional championships a metric op considered valid to his point

Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned Missouri?
I didn't think to look at hoops history, since the OP wants to know what Texas A&M's football problem is.
Regardless, very few teams have achieved that which he expects Texas A&M to have accomplished sooner than most of the other conf members.
