I don't buy an Australian pro day. That doesn't make any kind of sense.
I do buy that he has already decided to GTFO and has made contact with an agent, making himself ineligible.
The NBA doesn't give a frick about this.

one and dones are here to stay and I doubt who whoville spoiled one is going to change this

Australian pro day are y'all serious?? Why does he need to go to an Australian pro day it doesn't make any sense. Really think about it.
