So...no one else is going to comment on the fact that spd waited 45 minutes to give him a breathalyzer and then another 30 for the second one?

And neither of which happen to work.

well it is the Starkville Pd not Oxford so there is that lol. I still wonder how many drinks he really had and what the time frame was.

Are you suggesting some shenanigans? If they were going to pull some shenanigans, wouldn't they have just allowed him to call someone and not arrest him? In an article in the C-L this morning, it made it sound that the bad BAC test would not stand in the way of pressing on.
