Trump inherited hundreds of millions. Also, I'm a pretty liberal minded person and I can assure you I have nothing but respect and admiration for driven people who have done well for themselves, assuming they were honest.
People, you included, should do this country a favor and stop painting the political landscape as liberal or conservative, republican or democrat, etc.. some folks just come from a completely different background, and have a different outlook on things because of how life has shaped them. Not all liberals are one way, not all conservatives are one way. It's a little more fluid than that.
