Considering Speaks is presumably a minor, there's a chance he was under .08. Obviously, drinking and driving is a pretty big deal, and I don't want to seem like I'm advocating what Speaks allegedly did, but at least nothing was damaged and no one got hurt.

OK, minor, major, suspicion, whatever.. bottom line is our guys need to stay the hell out of trouble if at all possible before next season. And then when next season starts, they need to stay the hell out of trouble then, too. Frick.

It's not like FSU is gonna skate through the summer without a handful of their gladiators ending up in the slammer, or suffering from small caliber gunfire or something.
