Treadwell made it a point to call out Hargreaves for not being the best corner he faced. From everything I have seen on Treadwell, he seems to be a nice guy who doesn't talk much. Did something specific happen between them?
I remember in the recruiting process of '13, they were boys and always praised each other.

It may have been because he and Hargreaves didn't match up often. Tabor/Wilson played him 90% of our game.

Yeah when he listed the best CB's he'd faced, he said "that Florida CB, not Hargreaves but that other one" as well as a couple others I dont remember off the top of my head

Looking at the quote, that's not what he did at all.
It looked like h couldn't remember Tabor's name, so when he said "that Florida cornerback" he knew he'd need to specify that he wasn't speaking of VH3. He didn't "go out of his way" to call him out.

Could be that he never performed well against a good corner? He also sucked dick against state, and Calhoun isn't anything to ride home about.

Exactly. He made it a point to state that it wasn't VH3.
