What are you talking about? When did I say it's likely his father told him to lie under oath. All I'm saying is that just because his father is Law Enforcement does not mean the kid is any more honest than anyone else.
How can you talk about a lack of motivation when you said yourself that you haven't followed it? No one has any idea what the kids motivations are.

True but unless the kids end game is a civil suit and a hope at a cash settlement (which would seem extremely unlikely given the lack of substantial evidence - like a third party that overheard this comment) what could possibly be this kids motivation to place himself in the middle of a shite show like this lawsuit?
Seems pretty likely that BJ is screwed!!
