All of our political and socioeconomic problems are a direct result of the donor class corrupting establishment politicians and influencing national policy.

The ONLY guy that is hated by the "Establishment" is Cruz.

Trump is a donor class card carrying member with majority left leaning ideologies and a handful of super hot button right leaning ideologies that happen to be very pro-business/pro-capitalism/pro-middle class that he has latched on to so he can garner support. Trump would have run as a Democrat if Hillary wasn't his competition.

That said, building a wall between us and Mexico, repealing Obamacare, fixing our national debt and overspending problem, reducing the size and scope of federal government reach, strengthening our defense, getting back to a posture of strength in foreign policy, wiping out ISIS, and saying FU to moderate-fanatical Islam are actually things we do need.

If that's what Trump wants to do because he ran as a R instead of a D, then I'll take it. He's not my first choice, but if it's between him and Hillary or Sanders, I'll take his agenda over their leftist junk any day.

Hillary is Obama agenda 2.0, except with 10x more corruption and donor pocket lining behind it.

Sanders is simply a guy who was a leech on society until age 40, who grew up playing the victim blame game all his life, simply wanting to stick it to the rich and make life easier for those who live like he did growing up. A white-guilt crusader for victims of social injustice at the hands white privilege and those greedy capitalists. Damn the consequences to the economy and the future of this country.

Sanders would be like a eunuch in a whorehouse. Useless, ineffectual, incapable, inept, and out of his league. And worse of all, if any of his agenda did actually somehow get implemented, it would rocket our economy off the fiscal cliff at breakneck speed.

Rubio is okay, except for the fact he's a liar and would drown us in shite immigration policy and continue lining the pockets of the donor class. Why do you think the "Establishment" now loves him once Jeb bowed out?

Cruz is the only guy hated by everyone. It's too bad he's such a bible thumper and turning people off with his incessant God speak. He's easily got the best agenda in the entire bunch. But he's just not getting that across to people.

Beef I agree with a lot of your comments on blending socialist ideology with capatalism with respect to healthcare. I won't go as far as saying a blended model can't work, because I think it can, but Medicare for all is not the answer and not sustainable. The one point I will nitpick though is that in your example you referenced the overhead burden on the healthcare system and how reducing the reimbursements will force companies out of business. I don't disagree with the basic premise of that statement if a govt funded model were taken too far, but CMS reduction in reimbursements has done a lot of good in forcing providers and facilities towards efficiencies and increased quality of care. Also a lot of the expenses you referenced, save the supplies, are fixed which are not the majority of expense. Professional, labor, and supply, i.e. The variable costs, are the steak and potatoes on the plate. Much of the labor in healthcare is unionized and a big part of why hospitals have a hard time reducing costs in a quick way. They simply cannot do it over night due to contracts and collective bargaining. Not all of the industry uses unionized labor but many of the biggest players do and they are between a rock and a hard place when it comes to driving down costs and keeping patients being treated. It's a complex issue to be sure. It's going to take time. My $0.02.
