I'm reading this thread and while I agree that Mike is not getting it done, I disagree on his style not working as a whole. There are other teams who have done similar things or ran at the same pace Arkansas has. The press is aabout forcing a certain pace of play and potentially turning people over. Unc and Louisville are two teams who play similar to Arkansas and both have won big and won recently. It's just Mike not recruiting or coaching well. He doesn't have to win every Arkansas born recruit but seemingly getting beat out for everyone really hurts. I know a lot of Arkansas fans didn't/don't like him but BJ Young was good his first year here before he mailed it in to play pro ball but he wasn't recruited by Mike at Mizzou. He fell into his lap here and he was one of the very few bright spots his first year on campus.

I do know I have a wall of text too. Typing on the phone is a pain lol

not every player wants to run their balls off for an entire game and not every current player is suited for it. His conference record after 5 years is almost identical to what it was at MIZ (.538) vs ARK (.537). The mans system is set up to win at home most of the time and get beat on the road most of the time. What you don't expect is him to be 5-8 in a bad SEC at year 5.

MA is Good enough to not get fired, interesting enough of a style to watch, & frustrating enough to curse. That's Mike Anderson basketball. Way better than what we at Mizzou have had in the past 5 years, but not enough of a loss to cry over. His system won't win you anything big, it just can't any more. Too many elite athletes play for other teams and not enough want to play that style.

What I feel for Arky is not anger or bitterness, but empathy. Also he's signed through 2020 & I don't see a chance Arky eats all that $.
