Is 8-4 regular season okay next year? What happens if Bert goes 7-5?

Imo 8 wins would be ok but anything less would create a very hot seat for 2017

Qb, rb, te and 3 OL but the only thing that is real concerning to me is the QB and maybe the chemistry on the OL. Return almost all the two deep on defense.

Brandon Allen, Hunter Henry and Alex Collins which equals a huge part of our offense,
I'd take 8, I sure as heck hope we don't do the suck at the beginning of the season stuff again tho- that's hard to take on a yearly basis.

Sprinkle is the back up tight end and I don't expect to see much drop off. We are very deep at tight end. Allen will be tough, QB will be the make or break next season imp.

Sprinkle will be the best TE in the league this year. He could easily play himself in to a mid round draft pick.
