I don't think it's his coaching ability, the x's and o's... It's more so his ability to manage a staff and his tendency to be more loyal to people like Rhett Lashlee (who's nothing more than a puppet).
I still think Gus Malzahn is a great assistant, like Gene Chizik and Will Muschamp, but not a good head coach.

There is a logic fail in this post. If Lashlee is only a "puppet" then who is calling the plays? (Gus?) If Gus is calling the plays, then how can he be a good x's and o's coach? If he is the root of the problem, then it definitely IS his coaching ability, isn't it?
