I love that Avery has beaten two coaches that people thought would be better hires. Gregg Marshall and Michael White.

Thanks for revisiting my Gumptastic post! It was a lot of naysayers in there. Honestly... This is exactly what I expected. The guy is one of the best coaches I've ever seen. The recruiting was a no brainer.The marketing of the team to the community was much needed. He's far surpassed any normal fans expectations. He's living up to mine. Believe me when I say that this is Saban 2007... next year Bama will begin to be a perennial top 25 team.
