Did I ever say it wasn't time to fire Grant? He had clearly plateaued and a change needed to be made.

I wasn't a fan of the Avery hire because I was never a fan of him at Dallas, but he's done a pretty good job so far.

That doesn't mean Grant couldn't be successful elsewhere with slightly better luck.
