I really like Jimmie as a guy. Always plays hard. You can tell he cares a lot. But if we are honestly having a serious conversation about Anthony Grant's ability to develop post players, and Jimmie fricking Taylor is the best example you can come up with, well...lol. Case closed.
Yeah, I really like him too but I agree that he's extremely limited.

If he gets the ball deep enough, he can finish, but anything else, and hes basically useless on offense. Very stiff, limited arsenal of post moves and no midrange game whatsoever.
I think the biggest issue with Jimmie though is his hands. It's why he's not a very good rebounder and why we struggle to get him the ball at times; bc he literally struggles catching the basketball. Him being in position for rebounds, only to slap at them and see them fall to an opponent, has been a constant fixture on our teams the past few years.
Still, really tough player who plays hard, and he's great on the defensive end when he stays out of foul trouble. Glad to have him on the team.
We saw some signs of it last night but I think Hall will end up being the rebounding presence on the inside that we all hoped Taylor would be. More bounce, better hands.
