I think I actually probably agree with that. He's still completely inept in there, still can't catch an entry pass or rebound to save his life, but there have been some stretches of late where we've actually gotten a bit of production out of him in there in key moments. And he definitely seems to have progressed passing the ball as you said.

I really like Jimmie as a guy. Always plays hard. You can tell he cares a lot. But if we are honestly having a serious conversation about Anthony Grant's ability to develop post players, and Jimmie fricking Taylor is the best example you can come up with, well...lol. Case closed.

Yeah, I really like him too but I agree that he's extremely limited.

Well, Grant's biggest failure was probably in his inability to recruit big men. Engstrom did improve a little but he'll always be a 7'2" stiff.

Then again, Taylor and Hall are probably the two best in-state big men recruits Alabama has produced in recent history. Except for Haas, but he didn't have any real SEC offers.
