Online Undergrad Degrees, Which Schools Are Offering These?

I am unfamiliar with AU offering an online undergrad degree, I know we do have courses. Are there any schools currently offering these besides Bama?
Bama people in the know, what's up with this program? is it 100% online? They are heavily promoting it in the Atlanta area. They even kind of make a play off the sidewalk portion of the fanbase with it.

South Carolina has been expanding the online college recently.
They offer business, "liberal arts", nursing, and elementary education I think.

Degrees in general are becoming so watered down now, you can get an online one just about anywhere. MBAs are the same way. With cost rising so much is it even a good investment anymore? I'm working on my CFA now which I think is more beneficial in the long run than an MBA.

I have heard these commercials out here in Dallas. Although I like the idea of being able to earn your degree online, you are absolutely correct about the way its being marketed. I hate it.

Good call. I'd trade my Masters degree for the CFA designation in a heartbeat. Very hard to finish all 3 levels

Not having looked at any school they are certificate programs for the most part I am sure. They call them "degrees" but thats not really what they are

I would think they would be more interested in promoting what it will do for you, what you accomplish, career opportunities, etc..., rather than, "I'm the biggest bama fan ever, now I can finally have a degree from the school of the team I cheer for"

They call it a full undergrad degree on the commercials, FWIW.
I dont really have a problem with it, although I think you should do your undergrad on site. MBA's are a bit different, IMO

We have a legit online business degree. It is all online and feedback has been good. Here is the LINK.
Your diploma won't say *ONLINE! It will say Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration.
I will say that do have be very self motivated to do it. I did much better in courses where I attended regularly than any online course that I took.

I somewhat agree on degrees from pure online places (University of Phoenix comes to mind) but I don't think degrees earned from traditional colleges and universities via an online program look any different on a resume than those earned from sitting in the classroom. It simply say "University of XXX". There's no asterisk.

He's talking about an online program at an SEC school. It's going to be a Bachelor degree from Auburn or UGA regardless. He's not talking about Westerm Govenors University.

I have a coworker who is in the process of completing her degree through Bama. No, there's no "online" designation, and she's eligible to walk in Tuscaloosa for commencement.
In actuality, I'd rather have a working adult who earned a degree online in her off hours than someone who spent four years at a glorified summer camp. An online degree from a legit school while that person is putting food in on the table shows ambition and work ethic.

Not SEC, but I hear commercials for Arizona State pretty regularly.

In the IT world, not so much. Also, there's nothing on the resume itself that indicates it was earned online.
