There may not be a whole lot of experience but from a talent prospective our TE group is loaded. Any projections or rumors anyone had heard on how these guys are going to or going to not get used? My guess is that Jordan Davis is a non-factor and Jackson Harris does some blocking because he is kind of a throwback style TE that isn't an athletic freak like some of our other guys. Blazevich, Natua, and Woerner are all guys that are just too big for a DB and too fast for a LB. Any ideas?

Blaze and Jackson start and Nauta likely gets used in the same way we will use woerner as a mismatch against some poor sap

Had a buddy that worked for the team for about 6 years and just left a few months ago. He said Jackson Harris might be the best TE we had (this was before nauta obviously).

Apparently JH is the real deal.

I think you are underestimating Jordan Davis. He seems to be the faster guy out of the bunch at TE. Also I think it is too much to expect a true freshman to come in an start or get a lot of PT at TE. Sure they may play some, but Blaze, Davis and Harris should get most of it, unless IN or CW prove to be very legit.

I like Harris to start, honestly. He can stay in-line and block with the big boys plus he is no slouch of a recieving TE either.

Blaze will get plenty of reps. I'd like to see him and Nauta at that slot/Y position to get in mismatches with Linebackers. Woerner fits that mold too, but I think he can make it work outside as well. All of those guys can really run routes and both give you a big guy that can block in space if we wanted to run screens to the outside/tosses/stretch plays.

Really hoping Chaney utilizes all of these guys. As limited as we are at WR, we have some horses at TE obviously. It was criminal how they were overlooked so badly last year.
