LSU is nationally one of the top programs of all time. Ole Miss isn't even a top team in the conference.

Can anyone tell us about the cherished history of LSU before 1999?

You mean the history that is better than anything OM has ever done?

How did you come up with that? I guess the bagmen came around the millennium for LSU. Must have been cheating and became relevant for the first time since the 60's. Does this sound familiar? RIP LSU... It was a good 15 year run.

In 96 we won the same thing Ole Miss considers the pinnacle of their program for the last 50 years - an SEC West co-championship

OM fans have their heads so far up their arse trying to smell their own farts that they can't comprehend reality.
Polo shirts, Chic-fil-a chicken fingers, and Solo cups does not make you a contender. It just makes you a douchebag.

Ole Miss has lost 3 games or more every year since 1964.

But Ole Miss has nothing to show for it... No rings, no care.

Ole Miss has for the first time in my lifetime established themselves as a long term threat and becoming a national program.
How's that? Winning 9 regular season games?
Beating Bama doesn't make you a a national power.
