Do you know why it's played in Catlanta that year? It's the host of Final Four. Not saying Nashville isn't a great place, just asking why they went against the bylaw.

I'd rather it be in Atlanta had good times when going there for it, but I've heard the tourney in Nashville is fun.

Yes, I was aware that was the reasoning behind it. But in all seriousness, its in Nashville because it is the closest to Lexington. If they decided to put it in Houston or Dallas we would still sell it out for sure. It is a ghost town in the arena on the rare instances Kentucky doesn't make the final round.

The SECT is an excuse for all of the Kentucky fans who can't afford to get in to Rupp Arena take their vacation from work. No joke. Folks plan their year around it here. The blue bloods who sit on their hands at Rupp quietly don't make the trip...you end up with drunken jackasses like myself hootin and hawin for all 40 minutes. The best and the worst of our fanbase
