Viva, it appears from the outside looking in that the OM institution as a whole failed to control at least 3of their sports programs. Now they did act expeditiously in correcting the issues, just like any Administration would have done. But that doesn't change the fact that nearly 3 dozen infractions were found during the extensive investigation.
OM has 3 months to counter the allegations by the NCAA. Good luck going up against those bastards.

What report?

So you believe that a gymnastics program could receive major penalties because a rouge equestrian coach racked up 25 rules violations?
That's not what happened. There are 3 sports, all with violations. That's the issue.
You would be right if it was A sport. You don't punish football for basketball. But you have football, basketball, and track and field.
Throw into that:
1- the great class of 2013. Flags raised.. Either the NCAA was investigating already, or they decided to at that point. If they were, as many suggested, then there's a MASSIVE issue.
2- Aug 2013.... NCAA interviews several players at different universities about their recruitment by Ole Miss.
3- Dec 2013, via information found, the NCAA launches a ULL investigation... one that Ole Miss had 2 sets of Attorneys at..
4- While still under investigation, more things come to light that are new.
That's a lack of control. Does that mean the NCAA will give you LOIC? No. But there is noway Ole Miss gets off. This isn't a phone call that was made one minute late into the dead period.

Umm...I think you are referring to the person I was replying to. Otherwise please explain the logic failure. This should be interesting.

I like the way you speculate. Have you considered a gig at MSNBC? Rachel would eat you for lunch. Really.

Well Mathew, since I speculate:
Pro Ole Miss writer... "multiple violations across 3 sports"
See the link above. It listed the dates per your AD.
NCAA interviews Chris Jones on Ole Miss recruitment
Dates listed here: "Since Dec 2013"
Also states:
If you want more.. just read. Also, Ole Miss reps (lawyers) and the enforcement staff interviewed Crager, the lady fixing the ACT tests. ULL was very specfic. (redacted name) and 4 ULL players. That redacted name is an ole miss player.
Do I really need to link to Tunsil?
Nothing about that is speculation.
This isn't either..
NCAA USC LOIC.. Involved football, Basketball, and tenis
Let's see.... 2010-2015 for Ole Miss is how long?
It's not speculation. In fact, it's kind of worse because while under investigation, Ole Miss was caught again.
They may not issue a LOIC... but it's well within the history of the previous NCAA staff. The NEW staff is in place due to the Miami screw up. He's looking to clear the name of the NCAA.

Yeah... I wouldn't count on that, but yes the NCAA may even thank you for the ACT fraud. Not likely... but there is a chance...

How many threads have you started about this?
You and your buddies at ED are much more concerned with this matter than myself and most of the OM fans here. I guess this is the only sign of hope that you've really seen since Freeze arrived. I guess all hope is not lost just yet. Keep holding on.

I started the one about ULL and how Ole Miss would be in that response. Turns out I was right. That same thread I said your NOA would be in hand and by the end of the fisrt quarter of the year, we would know exactly what the NCAA had found.
Funny that I was right about that too. Then there is this thread.
2-5 threads on the whole process??

Just finally read enough over this week to find out what ole miss fans were talking about.
Try again. Not everybody that looks at the situation and sees it for what it is =s ED people.

You're quoting yourself and then tying your own quotes to articles that you use as the speculative basis for your quotes. GTFO

Looks pretty serious. Doubt this is gonna be a slap on the wrist.
