Saban steps down to become AD

god, I hope he does this. nick saban would make a terrible AD. bama sports would take a downward spiral, including football. his ego would cause major problems; problems that me and the rest of the SEC would laugh our arse off about.

lol

Saban could be successful in any field. The man has a drive (fueled by the aforementioned ego and the spectre of his father) that is unparalleled.

I'd love to hear why you think this would happen.

He's already the recruiting closer for pretty much every other sport. Sarah Patterson said he'd meet with a potential gymnastics recruit whenever she asked. Jay Sewell, the golf coach, said the same thing.

The Closer

That's a sure sign of an out of control ego - taking time in the middle of fall camp to meet with a gymnastics recruit simply because it would help the program.

In other words, you're full of shait.
