I'm not saying you are wrong, but couldn't he make a lot more money doing TV? I would also think a good portion of an AD's time would be having to kiss boosters' asses. I have heard it said from the Alabama fans and alumni that post on here that Saban detests doing this.

god, I hope he does this. nick saban would make a terrible AD. bama sports would take a downward spiral, including football. his ego would cause major problems; problems that me and the rest of the SEC would laugh our arse off about.

Don't believe it just because some posters said it. Saban already has to kiss arse for his foundation...even if Miss Terry does a lot of that. Donors don't show up at a Nick's Kids event to shake Terry Saban's hand.

You're pretty much correct. He wouldn't take the AD job anytime or any place...hell, why would he?...he already calls the shots...why deal with the crap? Some people are cut out to be ADs...he ain't!...and he knows it.
