I haven't had a chance to count scholarships. I will probably look at Bama's roster first. I think they had a ton of EEs.
I still have a hunch that 85 annual scholarships is different than 85 daily scholarships.

Dude how are you still arguing this. Read the rules above. There are two enrollment periods. Summer and winter. The only way you can EE and receive a scholarship in either scenario is if you are under 85. It's spelled out right there in the bylaws.
