The difference here is that, unlike rape, smoking marijuana shouldn't actually be illegal because it doesn't involve harming another person or their property.

Marijuana in the state of Ga is illegal.

And my point regarding Rape was supposed to be dramatic and glaring. Yes the 2 are different ends of the spectrum. But it's also ridiculous, the argument that comes up all the time, someone doesn't want to get arrested or suspended for doing something illegal , so let's make it legal. How about not doing drugs?

I'm proud of UGAs drug policy. It's an example to other schools.
