I don't think so, he has eluded to the fact that he needs to lose weight and even said Jen is making him go on a diet. That doesn't mean that he is actually going to lose any and keep it off but it appears he realizes that he does have a problem.

If he loses weight it will be tough for SEC rant to deal with, they'll be lacking some serious material.

I am sure it bothers him.
His job probably does not make it easy to allocate time for proper exercise or maintaining a healthy diet.
My wife mean mugs me every time I look at the little debbies in the store.
