Agreed.
I imagine it's hard to switch from eat everything and anything mode to start being choosy and eating way less.
Add a high stress, never stop job to the mix (and just plain getting older) and it's a recipe for what we see here. Hopefully he can get things fixed and it will definitely take his wife's help.
He could dress better on the sidelines but I'm thinking he doesn't care much.

i thought he looked really gross for awhile but he seems normal now. not sure if he filled out just a bit again or if my eyes just got used to seeing him.

Pollack got off the gas and shrunk down to normal human size then became a pony boy.
