Anybody seen this? Wisconsin law enforcement and legal system basically decided to ruin a man because they didn't like him...
Scary and messed up stuff.

I've seen it.
How dumb is that guys nephew, confessing to murder when innocent.
I cannot wrap my head around any of it. The key mysteriously appearing after the home had already been searched 6 times. It seems like law enforcement railroaded him on the documenrtary, but you never know what was left out.

Sorry if I ruined it for anyone

Before you make threads like everyone else, you have to understand that this is entertainment not a documentary. It's trying to sell you on the fact that SA is innocent and the first 2 episodes will spin you into a rage. Enjoy the series, but afterward look into what all was left out of the trial.
And keep in mind, he ran a girl off the road, pulled a gun on her, has multiple burglary charges and he poured gasoline over a cat and threw it into a fire. I hate cats, but thats psychotic behavior.

Blatantly planted. Cant dispute that one.

Dude got the shaft the first time but he was guilty as hell the second time.

Oh, I'm sure he's no angel. But did he deserve this? I mean the sexual battery case seems like COMPLETE shite.

This. He would have gotten away with murder had the police not planted the extra solidifying evidence to persuade the jurors "beyond reasonable doubt."
The series shines a light on how sloppy the PD in Manitowac(sp) and around the country probably, do plant evidence to put the correct people away when they know for sure but maybe couldnt get a jury conviction due to not "enough"

It seems most likely that Teresa was murdered because the cops needed a corpse that they could use to frame Avery a second time to avoid ruinous personal liability in a lawsuit for framing Avery the first time.
It worked. Teresa Halbach and Brendan Dassey were just collateral damage.
Avery’s lawyers, as good as they were, were afraid to draw the only logical conclusion.

Gotta get some shut-eye but I'm through 2 episodes. You're right, those first two have definetly spun me into a rage
Looking forward to catching up more tomorrow.

The exculpatory evidence excluded from the series outweighs the twisted facts that lying pervert Kratz claims as omitted evidence.

Do elaborate. I know nothing of this.

The dude has an IQ of 60, Forest Gump had an IQ of 70. That should say a lot

He's guilty as hell. The documentary tells a point of view meant to elicit emotion, not reveal truth

It was omitted from court due to lack of evidence but while in prison he talked about a giant rape torture room where he'd chain girls up and then dispose of the DNA by setting it on fire.

I'll look at that tomorrow thanks. I'd like more drama to it to think about
