He was saying that it wasn't Clemson being offsides, it was UNC not being offsides. He was correcting the person he replied to.

Should go right to it, if it doesn't it's the 28 minute mark. We called fair catch, so we had to be given a fair chance to catch the ball. Clemson last night did not call a fair catch, so no penalty.
