Next year's game vs. UGA

We haven't beat them since 1996. Thoughts on this game? 1st year coach yes, but look what happened with UF this year. We need to take care of business against the dawgs! I'm bittersweet about this game as I really wanted a win against a Richt team and UGA is going to claim the re-building excuse, but a win is a win and I won't complain with a W against the dawgs.

Will they be rebuilding? It's not like Richt left them in bad shape.

I don't think they will be rebuilding, but that will certainly be the "go to" excuse if need be.

If you watched, UGA quarterbacks were absolutely awful this year.
They are either going to be worse or start a true freshman. In addition, the whole offense will be learning a new system and new terminology. Getting them early will be good for us.

If we cant beat them with Chad Kelly at QB and them starting a true freshman, something went really bad.

We will be favored most likely.
UGA is still talented tho. They lose Leonard Floyd, Malcolm Mitchell, and several of their most experienced OL.
I wish we played the East more often - this match up seems great on paper.

Don't forget they picked up Pittman from Arky so I imagine they will be focusing on the rushing attack while breaking in a new QB.

Also just saw in the rant that Athlons way too early top 25 of 2016 has FSU at #5. And us at 13. Beating FSU in that week would have us in the top 8 facing #1 Bama at home in 2 weeks after essentially a bye.
Next season is gonna be nuts. If we could find a way to come out of our first 5 games at 4-1 i would be very excited.

That's true - good news is we were good against the run last year and aren't losing anything in our run D.
