Offense wasn't a problem this year minus a couple games

LSU's offense was LF, period. That, by definition, is the problem.

When teams could shut LF down, there was no second option. LSU was one-dimensional on offense, and it resulted in all three losses.

And this year Harris will be in his 3rd year as a starter, LF will be a junior, Dupre will be a junior, and LSU is apparently losing jack shite to the draft unless something happens in the next few days. And just landed one of the best up and coming DC's in the country.

Also worth noting that for some reason, Harris played severely injured after the Bama game.

If Beckwith returns, LSU will be preseason top 5. Similar situation as last year's off season. Decent QB play and this team is going to be very good. LSU got that at times this year, and not at others, like November.

At the end of the day though, LSU is undoubtedly going to be better than TAMU, and we both know it.

I want to see LSU utilize the QB draw more. Harris could be lethal with it.

Also, we need to get away from just two WR sets. Throw to the FB, TE's, and RB more. We always see new wrinkles in bowl games, but never see them again until next post season. Hopefully when Miles and Cameron travel to watch offenses this year they take plenty of notes. I have a feeling they will be heading to Oxford at least once. It's been said that Miles and Freeze are good friends.
