Tater logic and hypocrisy all rolled into one.

Because y'all also never fail to to apply mythical transverse properties, kick and scream your losses were due to injury or a "rare" bad game on y'alls part vs just being beaten by the better team when you lose, and y'all absolutely foam at the mouth when a team that was heavily favored only beats you by single digit points.

GTFO. Ppl here see the kind of delusional psychopaths that make up your fanbase.

Just tell your team to ride that white horse straight into the epic anal obliteration Bama's gonna lay on them.

It depends on the personnel/coaching of the teams.

No. But I consider notre dame, fsu and oklahoma quality wins

I hate the transitive property when it comes to football

Don't know what specific games you are talking about. Clemson has lost 11 games since 2011

Look, there's another Clemson poster here -- JamieLannister or something -- who insists Clemson is an elite academic university. Not "as good as programs like UNC and Virginia" elite, "as good as Harvard and Stanford" elite. He gets quite hysterical about the issue. It really hurts his feelings when people mock him about such assertions.

If he stops by any time soon, he's going to be very weepy about the fact that you apparently misinterpret a very easily-understood proposition, thus smearing the good name of a Clemson education. It's not complicated -- I'm pointing out that "good" is entirely relative when using wins and losses to validate the quality of a program. If you claim to be "good" because you're undefeated, it's entirely fair for someone to question the quality of opponents that you defeated. Vanderbilt is better than any Pee-Wee team in the country. We'd wipe the floor with a team of their All-Stars and go undefeated in any league. That wouldn't make us "good" in any meaningful interpretation of the word. Follow?

Well thats when Coach Chad Morris made his mark on the program and implemented his innovative offense. What I was getting at. We all know South Carolina football started in 2009

Its still about personnel and coaching. Anyone with half a brain can look and see Clemson has NFL talent all over the field. Piss off

clemson's misdirection plays and hunh are going to give bama problems. I can see bama getting burned on several big plays.

All I know is I had those same delusions of grandeur until that fateful, rainy, fall afternoon. Clemson has no idea what's coming down the tracks. You really can't appreciate what they do until you go through the meat grinder.

Poor JamieLannister. You're undoing all his hard work be being utterly obtuse with regards to the point I was making. Then getting upset about it. I shall piss off at my own leisure, thankyouverymuch.

Alabama likely has more.

I also think Clemson scores at max 24 points. That's not a ridiculous claim.

Not getting upset. You are just wrong. Clemson has talents everywhere. The league they play in has nothing to do with it

Tennessee had 132 yards on 39 carries. That is 3.4 yards per rush.

Against Bama, that is a good day but it isn't winning any ball games.

Thats a valid point point, and I do think Alabama will win the game.

'Devil's Advocate:
Dobbs is just a poor man's Deshaun Watson at this point, and say what you will, UT was beating bama in tusc. with 3 minutes to go in the game. I get it, UT lost the game to a better team. However, Clemson's squad is also superior to UT's . With that said, how can you be sure Clemson can't do what UT did on the ground and defense, while Watson does more through the air (as a much more talented/polished passer than Dobbs)?'

That would be part of my reasoning as to why Clemson can/will win if I was a fan. I just don't understand how Clemson fans can be so cocky as to underestimate bama just days after the tide blew their wad all over MSU like they did

Gosh. If I'd said Clemson had no "talents" (we're not talking Biblical parables, I assume) then you might have a point. But I was talking about how you equated being "undefeated" with being "good" as though the correlation needed no further exposition. You were wrong and I'm honestly puzzled at why you keep insisting that "good" can be proven objectively through such a metric. It cannot. A Vandy education isn't even remotely necessary to understand that point.

I don't like Alabama, nor do I like that team in East Tennessee. But if there is one thing that will unite the Conference it is a potty mouth fan base from the overrated ACC. Insulting Alabama or the SEC is not smart.
