I think Steele is good but not sure he was ready to follow Chief. LSU was really young, and Steele took some unnecessary heat.
You can have the greatest schemes but if the players aren't there or ready for them, then it won't work.
Bob Davie at aTm was brilliant as his schemes were simple but he knew he had the best DL to be simple. When he got the DB he started to become attack and it was on.

I say take a shot with Orgeron. But I agree with a previous comment they might go NFL.

I am not sure Orgeron would be a great DC. He may get it though for recruiting. I think your DC needs to be the DB coach as he understands what your secondary can do. That allows him to put his DL in best position also.
