Maybe, but he doesn't need 2k next year to be better than Henry

LF7 even has the edge against common opponents but don't tell Tuscaloosa. He might beat his cousin.

Why don't you list those out for me. I think my cousin is safe.

They've been listed before. Against common opponents Fournette has better numbers.

He was in on the last play and to be honest which you rarely are, when Guice was put in, there was less than 47 yards to go to the end zone.

Against the 125 run defense in the country.

Booger went for 200 against TT, EMU, Syracuse, and an Auburn team that quit.

Maybe not...but just remember DH will soon be the ONLY RB in SEC history to run for over 2k. Over 200 of that 2k came against the team you root for...don't be mad

How many carries did DH have against this Auburn team again?

But they were a different team by the time they played Bama or something like that.

there was only like ~30 yards that guice got. that would have put him 17 shy. you get the ball back with 1-2 minutes to go and you do your best to get him those 17 yards

Honestly yeah, defense was definitely better. But either way it's a damn shame LF got snubbed as hard as he did.

Yippee..LF ran great against Auburn and the other terrible squads LSU played this year.

But when it counted, when the cheese was on the line..He had 19 carries for 39 yards. Let that sink in!

I am just pointing out how they will use every excuse to discount LF7. One could argue that we got the better UF team or the better Arky team, etc but those arguments only suit Bama and no one else.

Only played in one half and about 3 min in the third vs auburn too

And went for over 200

Fournette is better and it's not a debate. The draft will tell all. And idc about all the "different year, different needs" shite. Running backs don't go early, plain and simple. So when Fournette goes top 10, this debate will be settled.

LSU's last 5 plays according to ESPN:

2nd and 2 at TTU 47
(6:14 - 4th) Leonard Fournette run for 16 yds to the TexTc 31 for a 1ST down

1st and 10 at TTU 31
(5:39 - 4th) Derrius Guice run for 21 yds to the TexTc 10 for a 1ST down

1st and Goal at TTU 10
(4:59 - 4th) Derrius Guice run for 8 yds to the TexTc 2

2nd and Goal at TTU 2
(4:24 - 4th) Darrel Williams 2 Yd Run (Trent Domingue Kick)

1st and 10 at LSU 1
(0:00 - 4th) Brandon Harris run for 6 yds to the LSU 7

He sat out 4 offensive plays. Even if he had finished the drive, he could have only achieved a maximum of 31 yards (without penalties or lost yards by other players)
