I'm not trying to prove anything by making this topic, so please don't assume I am. I'm just offering some statistics for the frick of it. If you're a statistics person, then here you go! Also, all this information (although I double checked everything) could still have a typo or some other mistake in it. Let me know if you find any and I will make corrections. All information is collected from only their time in the SEC.
EDIT: Expansion teams have been removed.

Are we talking about conference records? Because if we are, A&M went 3-5 in 2014.

I did. For some reason, they only came in pink with a glitter unicorn on the back. It was a bit disconcerting.

When you're named after a body part, and it's anything above the neck other than the brain, you know your life isn't going to go well.

The longest, most recent losing season streak for Missouri in the SEC is the 2015 season.

frick Ears Whitworth
Whitworth was merely a symptom of a dysfunctional athletic department. The man was set up for failure as he was not allowed to bring in his own staff nor run his own offense. I don't blame him as much as I blame Hank Crisp, our AD at the time. Great man. Great assistant coach. But I feel as if his tenure as athletic director was sub-par to say the least. The smartest decision he ever made was agreeing to step aside and let Bryant be both the head football coach AND the athletic director when we hired him at the end of the 1957 season.

No, I'm simply trying to provide perspective. Whitworth was a disaster at Alabama but he got very little support from the athletic department and the university.
