This is so terribly short sighted

Our recruiting is going well, our team is improving with the exception of offense, which can be improved with an OC hire

As a Recruiting Commander, I fired a station commander who had a mission accomplishment percentage of over 200% because he lost complete control of his station.

His replacement kept the same numbers, but much tighter control.

Sarge, Sumlin isn't fixing this. When guys are running out the door like this and all of our big targets are going elsewhere you know it is a leadership problem.

If kyler transfers we are done next year. That's a fireable offense for anyone because we are basically starting over due to mismanagement

I think it really depends on what KDS did, as to whether it's short sighted or not.

That is where we were a week ago.

Times changed, now it might be hard to get a good OC.
