Or is he just another name in the long line of decent players getting all the love because of his unheralded supporting cast? Can he ever get out of the shadows of Saban to find his own way in the game of football that sometimes imitates life? And if he can't become a dominant pro, does he at least show his appreciation to the all powerful system that is Alabama, which ultimately gave him the opportunity?

Just making it to the NFL is a success in my book.

Get paid a couple of mil to see if you have what it takes to be successful in the league. If you can make it and stick around as a pro for a few years, great.

If not you'll still get paid and set for life financially, as long as you manage your career/opportunities after the NFL properly.

It won't be for lack of effort or appreciation for his opportunity.

Too many great players didn't win a Heisman. It takes a team to win it. So only coaches get statutes at Bama. Heisman winners just drink free for life and get unlimited bjs from white women. Still a pretty good deal.

Wow! Nice troll job. It is a shame you aren't getting any press for being in the playoff this year. Maybe if you hadn't lost to Nebraska? If you are a LSU troll then I can understand. If you are a Auburn troll then frick off cause I don't have time to add up all of your losses!
