How many drops does he have? Otherwise, he's averaging almost 10 yards per catch from the backfield, which is pretty good. TIA.

No. He just isn't the RB we utilize in passing situations. Drake is better suited for that.

But he can and has been utilized in the passing game. Just look at the link below:
