You understand he had a great OL, 2 outstanding RBs, Brandon Allen, the best TE in the nation, and a solid core of WRs to work with at Arkansas, right?

UGA isn't Alabama...the talent there isn't that damn great...

Stop trying to convince yourself this is a good OC hire for UGA, because it isn't.

Good plan by Kirby to get Pittman if true.

Chaney will be gone after 1-2 seasons and Pittman will not follow because of the crappy destination where Chaney ends up.

They get to keep Pittman after only enduring 1-2 bad offensive seasons. He can blame those on "rebuilding".

I don't think its a great hire and never said it was...I do still think UGA has better players on offense than Arkansas...we put more in the NFL regularly and produce more points most years. Our current OC and QB sucks. The rest of the players are very talented and we will continue to pull them in at a higher rate than Arkansas. Get a decent QB and Chaney will have more to work with than before. Will he succeed? Who knows..he looks like he might die of a heart attack or something first..he needs to lose weight.
