We are far, far past the issue of an OC now. If you think an OC will magically erase the locker room issues and the lack of organization and structure in the program, you are in for a rude awakening.

If we magically hired Lincoln Riley or Kliff, or some other badass OC, we'd be set. I'm skeptical there's someone out there that good, though.
As lucky as Sumlin was with Chavis, he caught a bad break with Kevin Wilson and Dana keeping their jobs.
