I heard on Georgia sports radio that not only does Georgia have a ton of talent, but Georgia has a lot of recruits who are in "stable" home situations living with "stable" families.

I took that as code for the large number of middle class to upper middle class black families where the recruits father is married to their mother.

There are parts of the metro area known as the "blackburbs"...South Dekalb,South Fulton and parts of Fayette County that fit that mold but also mixed suburban areas in Gwinnet and N. Fulton that also produce kids like that.Not that you still don't prospects from some very bad backgrounds.
