We are not as talented across the board as we like to think we are and our depth isn't strong either. We've had incredible talent and depth at RB. After that it gets dicey. And at some positions, like WR, it's simply not good.

We got pushed around on the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball several times this year

Perhaps the best reason to fire CMR. Lots of seniors he recruited and a very mediocre team.
No question we are a long way from a championship team.
