Except St. Mark's defenders always insisted that it was the school, not Richt, that had the high disciplinary standards.

And it couldn't be both, right? Are you denying the University had high expectations? And, would you say it was the first time a coach swept stuff under the rug? The University set many of the rules and Richt enforced them instead of hiding problems. It's not really all that difficult.
