Bobo is a solid coach but I would be ok never seeing a 3rd and 10 draw again.

He would't do it but I'd be pretty pumped. That's a fantastic potential coaching staff.

Bobo's offense hammered Bama in 2008 with Stafford, Moreno and AJ. He is definitely a proven coach.

Bobo's offense, like the defense, choked in a lot of big games. Maybe he was handcuffed. Who knows?

We can just disagree then. It'd been widely known that from about 06-13 our defenses were mostly average at best, outside of a blip in '12.
By and large, our offenses from 07-14 have been good enough to win more games, but it doesnt' help when you give up 30+ a game.
Oh well, it's in the past and he's not coming here so no use dwelling on it I guess.

It's hard to judge an O or D coordinator when you are weak on the other side. If the D gives up 28 by halftime, the O is taken out of its rhythm in addition to being demoralized. Truth is I have no idea whether Bobo is a genius or idiot. But now he is a HC and I don;t see him giving up the power and atention after only one season.

I've never called him a genius, and I dont' know his SAT score but when it comes to football he's certainly no idiot.
All I've ever contended abotu him is that he's one of the 2 or 3 best OCs we've ever had and he got unnecessarily crapped on by our fanbase due to about 2 down years in a row when he had very little to work with.

Did the same to UF last year. Bobo was the most overrated coach in the SEC.
He never coached above his talent...... NEVER
