11 out of 13 of Bama's opponents are bowl eligible. 8 of those teams have won 8 or more games. There's not another team in the country that comes close to those numbers.

this pretty much should have ended the thread.

Probably looks alot like BAMA fans before Saban showed up.

All fans are the same depending on their current situation.

Matter of fact, I've read BAMA fans tossing around the notion of letting Saban walk because he gets reamed by anyone with an offense with a pulse outside of the SEC. Mainly up-tempo, spread types that Saban refuses to adjust to....

Sounds familiar to me.

Can't wait until you guys have to play someone where you'll have to play catch up with Jacob Coker

That will never happen again. That drive against Tennessee was beautiful, though.

Let's just talk in the hypothetical sense for a moment. IF (a lot of stress on the if) Alabama were to blow out (3 score game) Oklahoma or MSU, depending on who we match up with, would you then be willing to admit how wrong your currently held opinion is and that Alabama is actually a great team in a down SEC?

What won't happen again? Playing an offense that plays around BAMA's DL?

Come on. Even BAMA fans don't trust Coker to play from behind against a high, up tempo offense.

So a team is not that good if it rarely trails? Got it.

Let's talk real now.

Oklahoma is peaking right now. Are you going to admit that Oklahoma is a terrible match up for Alabama?

What about Clemson and a mobile, accurate QB?

With Bama's defense it's hard for teams to get the lead. When they have Coker has stepped up.

He came off the bench in the Ole Miss game and got the team within six pts with the ball after being down by 3 tds. He also put together the 4th qtr drive to put Tennessee away after they took a late lead. He has been clutch.

Bama's defense will keep them in every game vs any team as long as the offense doesn't turn it over.

I'm not reading through eight pages of this but it's obvious their best win is over Alabama.

I trust Coker to play from behind. He's already done it against much better defenses than Oklahoma. If his own D wouldn't have let him down, he'd have one of the best and biggest comebacks in Bama history.

Again, back to the point of the thread. Other than Miss. St., who Prescott has no supporting cast, has BAMA played that is worthy of being proud about?

Also, has BAMA not failed miserably vs. spread offenses recently?

1. Stop Henry. Make Coker beat you.

2. Play away from BAMA DL. There's no offense that's Alabama has played this year that's built to do any of that.

Zero.

Like who?

...and which one of those teams would be favored vs. Oklahoma in a game right now?

Gumps have not faced an NFL quaterback this season

I'd be willing to take a ban bet that Dak Prescott makes an NFL roster. Lol hell I'd bet 100 dollars Chad Kelly, Kyle Allen, and Brandon Allen make an NFL roster at some point. lol SEC doesn't have a plethora of good QBs but at least 1 if not 3 or 4 will make an NFL roster at some point.

Good thing they are not an NFL team then. You can't blame Bama for other teams ineptitude and they can't very well play themselves.

One of your topics you posted

How about some respect for LSU's for front?

I think we may have heard enough about Alabama's "all time great" front 7.

It's going to be up to BAMA's panicky, sketchy QB to put points on the board, IMO. Put pressure on him, and he folds.

Clemson or Oklahoma vs. Alabama would be a great match up and provide a great playoff game for viewers. Can they stop our run game, can our defense get pressure and limit their passing attack. Can they stop our run game would probably be the key aspect in either case.

Bama was down by 20 against Ole Miss and closed to within 6. Then later Bama was down by 19 and closed to within 6. They showed the ability to come from behind with him in that game.

They were losing to Tennessee with less than 6 minutes to go in the game and Coker drove them down field for a game winning TD.

But hey, just keep throwing shite out there. some of it will land with the less informed.
